A licensed general contractor with decades of experience who also takes great pride in their work. We are here to help if you're serious about quality home improvements, personalized designs to meet your specific needs, and working together with someone who will listen and communicate effectively.

Bad Fit:

Cheap labor & someone willing to work under the table. We know there are many different circumstances where this may seem best but just remember, you get what you pay for. It always saves money and peace of mind in the end to do things right the first time.

Good Fit:

You understand quality work takes good planning as well as adequate time. We help our clients work towards a realistic completion date. If projects finish ahead of schedule, that's a bonus.

You understand that when you request additional work during the project, it will result in additional cost and time. We document all change orders and they clearly detail how the work will affect both cost and time. Change orders are approved in writing prior to the extra work starting. 

Bad Fit:

You own or manage a rental and only have 1 week to complete a full bathroom remodel before your next guests arrive. We can't commit to that. Our focus is on providing a stress-free construction experience and to deliver a luxury product instead of promising immediate results that may not be attainable or realistic.

Good Fit:

Other contractors are unresponsive. We'll respond the same day or next business day and let you know how we can help.

I need someone who can handle all the logistics of my project. We agree! Our team is focused on understanding what makes a good project run smooth from end to end, furthermore, we orchestrate everything for success.

Getting accurate costing. All of our projects begin with pre-construction planning. Once a clear design has been approved along with all material selections, we will then provide accurate and detailed line-item cost breakdowns.

Maintaining both quality and schedule. We don’t take short cuts, we use the best methods and products available, we show up every day.

Bad Fit:

Somebody to do what I want, when I want it. We'd prefer to be your partner, not just your contractor. The best relationships stem from a great conversation about your goals, budget, how we might solve your problems and how long those things should realistically take.

Somebody to give me a quick quote for my custom project for free. You will find plenty of other people willing to promise pricing only to knowingly fail after they've taken your money. We don’t guess at or rush the costing phase. An accurate quote can only be accurate once the design and all selections have been made, otherwise, any number is simply a vague guess.

Good Fit:

I want a dependable contractor. We want to form long-term relationships with our clients. We are committed to raising the bar of quality construction in our community.

I prefer regular communication with the team. Us too! Everything we do relies on strong, frequent, and open communication. We're on the same team after all.

I can clearly articulate my remodel goals, or I have a clear design ready. The better we understand your goals, the more likely we are to achieve them.

Bad Fit:

I don’t know my budget or I’m not willing to share it. We are here to serve you and be good stewards of your hard-earned resources. We provide concierge services to achieve one-of-a-kind results. It is not cheap to build custom. We are fully transparent on time and cost and if you are unable to do the same, we will not be a good match for you.

"I could do this better myself, I just don't have time." When we hear this, it’s often an indication that we are being hired begrudgingly and our team will never be viewed as your trusted partner. Don’t hire us because you don’t have time, hire us because you trust we’re going help you accomplish your goals.
