- Pre-Construction Agreement: We then formalize our partnership with a Pre-Construction Services Agreement. This agreement includes a modest retainer fee, which covers the costs associated with detailed designing, planning, and estimating.

2. Design & Planning
Our pre-construction services facilitate seamless coordination among the architect, designer, and our team. This integration ensures that:
- Design Process: The journey from initial sketches to final designs is smooth, collaborative, and tailored to your vision.
- Material Selection: Choosing the right materials becomes an enjoyable part of the project, where your preferences are heard and respected.

3. Time & Cost Estimating
We provide:

- Allowances for Uncertainties: We use allowances for any unforeseen elements, adjusting the final bill as your choices are finalized.
Once contracts are signed and down payments are received, we are set to commence construction.
4. Project Management & Construction Made Easy
We provide:
- Dedicated Project Management: An experienced project manager is on-site daily, ensuring that quality, budget, and schedule are strictly adhered to.
- In-House Expertise: We handle as much of the work in-house as possible, which gives us greater control over the timeline and quality of the construction.
- Subcontractor Coordination: We work closely with our trusted subcontractors, providing support to ensure they deliver to our high standards, contributing to the overall success of your project.

5. Project Completion & Warranty
Upon mutual agreement that our straightforward, formal punch list process is fully completed, the final payment is due. At that point, your 2-year workmanship warranty activates, ensuring peace of mind with the quality of our work.
